I'm Avika (Proud) Pulges, a Thai creative technologist raised between Bangkok street markets and a VS Code window, working now out of London. I build immersive, narrative-driven work in Unreal, TouchDesigner and Python: things you can walk into, wear, or argue with.
I got here sideways. Natural sciences at Durham, then two years at Bloomberg as a senior data analyst covering 350+ pharma and biotech companies, leading a team of four and shipping machine learning that recaptured 12% more data and error-checked 20,000+ reports. Then an MSc at UAL and a thesis on transformer architectures that generate emotionally resonant motion for live AI streams.
Today I'm a creative technologist at Hogarth, a founding member of the Autonomous Sheep collective, and a curator: 800 through the door at HardWired, workshops that sold out. Currently taking commissions, collaborations and good excuses to over-engineer something beautiful.
